Include your name, reply email, role and a concise description of the issue. When relevant, add the applicable tutor, academy, batch, session, enrollment or payment reference, but avoid unnecessary personal information.

What should I never include in a contact message?

Never share a password, one-time password (OTP), complete payment-card details or banking login credentials. Edufocus support does not need these secrets to review a request.
